This is the scanout engine found on the NXP i.MX8MP SoC.

Now that the DRM driver is in drm-next (https://cgit.freedesktop.org/drm/drm/commit/?id=9db35bb349a0ef32184ab68f79cc36026be4585d) we can add support for it in kmsro.
