gallium: Add screen->resource_get_param to ddebug, trace, rbug, and noop
In !1588 (merged) @mareko pointed out that we added a new screen function but neglected to update ddebug, trace, rbug, and noop to support the new hook. This series adds wrapping to ddebug, trace, and rbug, and implements it for noop.
