docs: Explicit the usage of NIR compared to TGSI & Make a parallel between VirGL and Venus

  1. First commit: Make it clear that they are both doing the same thing but using one or the other has implications (we can't use NIR to communicate with virtio-gpu for instance as there is no API/ABI stability guarantees) Also define what NIR means for curious people and expand the ALU acronym when first mentioned.

  2. Second commit Make it clear that these two drivers are related and update the documentation to mention that it is using VirtIO-GPU.
