radv/ci: skip dEQP-VK.api.object_management.multithreaded_per_thread_device.image_2d on gfx9

The test has been seen to fail more or less reliably on vega10/renoir. We don't have time to look into it just yet, so let's just skip it for now!

I am also including raven, as it likely has the same issue!
