ci: Add coverage for the Mali G72 GPU

Collabora has in its lab 4 Chromebooks with the MT8183 SoC, which includes a G72 GPU. We have been regressing support of that GPU quite regularly, so this should help with it.

Had to include an uprev to 5.13-rc1 as that one has several series that are needed for that specific machine.
