freedreno/drm: Re-indent

I wanted to get at least freedreno/drm before I start adding userspace fences.. I don't think it is too likely that we'd need to backport anything from freedreno/drm to stable, but if we land this before making changes, we could always cherry-pick the re-indent patch if needed.

The tools (afuc, computerator, decode, etc), I don't think we really care about stable branch backports.

I left ir3, which has some MRs pending. And fdl, since it seemed like something with a slightly higher chance of needing stable-backport. But I could be convinced either way.

If anyone has anything pending that would be non-trivial to rebase across the re-indent, let me know. It is easy enough to drop patches from this series.
