GPU hang observed while launching 3DMark Wildlife Unlimited on MTL

Describe the issue
While I am trying to launch 3DMark Wildlife Unlimited android benchmark inside Chrome's ARCVM environment, I am observing GPU hangs 100% of the times.
Regression
!25589 (merged) is causing the regression.
