zink: The King Of Fighters XIV - Rendering issues when a round is finished with a special move (radv)

Describe the issue
- If you enable zink for this game and finish a round with a special move, the special background is just half-rendered (like in the picture below). Issue not present with the default OpenGL renderer.
Regression
- No. I've tested with previous stable versions of mesa as well (22.3.7 and 22.2.2) and they have the same behaviour.
