[RX 7900XTX] Star Wars Jedi Survivor weird main character rendering issues
Description
I've been trying recently released Star Wars Jedi Survivor and the main character's hair (facial, hair, eyelashes, arm hair) is rendered very poorly. In some scenes seems like lightning is not taken into account for his face as well, while the rest of body and other characters are fine. I also found a weird vegetation artifact and the end sequence of the first chapter (fighter escape) at some point also lost all light maps and had no shadows.
Screenshots/video files
Log files (for system lockups / game freezes / crashes)
There are no crashes per se, so I don't know what kind of logging might help here?
Steps to reproduce
No extra steps really, it's there from the very first scene

Regression
So the report is based on mesa 23.0.3 (as seen on a screenshots), I've installed mesa commit 1c00dec6 and it fixed vegetation issues, bumped the face rendering for the main character and in some scenes improved hair, but only in some.
Further information (optional)
It might be a proton/wine/dxvk issue, but since driver upgrade (although to 23.2-dev branch) improved the situation, I thought it might be a driver issue as well?!
