Describe the issue
What I see on Chromium browsers (Google Chrome, Vivaldi) is graphical glitching of text. In the case of GC, it's on webpages and not the UI, meanwhile Vivaldi is affected on both the webpages and the UI. In terms of webpages, I see it on some (this might be a pleroma bug, but i'm putting it here just in case) pleroma instances. On Vivaldi, the ui (tab text from what I've seen) glitches in the same fashion as the text in pleroma.
Regression
I didn't report this before because I thought it was fixed in mesa 23 (because images also broke in a similar fashion), but now images are fine and text is what glitches. I remember mesa 21 and up to a version of 22 being fine.
Log files as attachment
There's nothing in terminal logs nor systemd's journal nor dmesg.
