Upgrade from 21.1.7 to 22.0.0 introduces flickering, non updating screen parts and other graphical artifcats

i upgraded mesa to 22.0.0 on arch just minutes ago and got a lot of graphical artifacts. i had to downgrade to 21.1.7 again because it was completely unusable. this was with kde plasma and x11 on an amd radeon rx 570. i couldn't take screenshots, but i could just upgrade again and gather them and any logs if you need them.
