zink: sparse bugs & missing RADV sparse features
keeping notes for myself on why sparse tests fail on various platforms.
RADV driver bugs (#5822 (closed)):

NV driver bugs:

- multisampled sparse textures broken (KHR-GL46.sparse_texture2_tests.SparseTexture2Commitment) -
- no r8i data with OpImageSparseSampleExplicitLod (KHR-GL46.sparse_texture2_tests.SparseTexture2Lookup) -
- binding lots (test uses 48) of sparse regions to a texture is broken (KHR-GL46.sparse_texture2_tests.UncommittedRegionsAccess) -
- KHR-GL46.sparse_texture_clamp_tests.SparseTextureClampLookupResidency crashes in pipeline compile somehow -
- KHR-GL46.sparse_texture_clamp_tests.SparseTextureClampLookupColor same crash
Mesa GLSL bugs:
