Describe the issue
Using flycast, the Dreamcast emulator, I have vertex explosions when using vulkan on intel gpu. OpenGl works fine. Same behaviour in both standalone version of flycast and in retroarch version. Games tested (console versions): Marvel vs Capcom 2 (ntsc) and Dead Or Alive 2 (ntsc). I reported the bug here: https://github.com/flyinghead/flycast/issues/575
The maintainer thinks of a driver bug.
