zink/d3d12: cube pass fails
When using a modified version of d3d12_lower_int_cubmap_to_array()
in zink, I'm getting these piglit regressions (as compared to just leaving them seamless):

CTS passes fine, but it seems like more intensive cubemap access fails. Do any of these pass on d3d12 or is piglit not used there or what?
