Broken raytracing on RADV
I saw that recent versions of RADV were supposed to have added support for Vulkan raytracing using RADV_PERFTEST=rt, but when attempting to launch games like Q2RTX, without RADV_PERFTEST=rt it doesn't detect a raytracing compatible GPU, and with the launch option it says "Could not find a suitable Vulkan queue family". Other games simply just crash with the launch option added.
I have gotten raytracing to work before with both Q2RTX and Doom Eternal with AMDGPU-PRO. Under AMD's direct drivers (21.30 and 21.40) it shows two vulkan extensions present; VK_KHR_ray_query and VK_KHR_ray_tracing_pipeline. VK_KHR_ray_query is not present in current versions of RADV, through either the Kisak PPA (Mesa 21.3.0) or Oibaf (22.0.0-devel) but the ray_tracing_pipeline extension is, and I'm not sure if I'm missing something or it's just not present in RADV yet.
