Describe the issue
My external monitor stopped working on 12SEP21 after an update that included Mesa. There have been several updates since then, but the external monitor never comes on. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling everything Mesa, but it didn't resolve the issue. I'm not interested in installing nvidia drivers, would like to stay Team Mesa if I can. ;-))
The laptop is connected to the monitor via a display cable, unplugging the cable and putting it back in does nothing. I dual boot Win7 / openSUSE Tumbleweed, Win7 has no issues with the external monitor. I included a screenshot of my desktop looked like before just for kicks.
