No textures when underwater on the edge map in http://www.quetoo.org

Describe the issue
Running Quetoo ( http://www.quetoo.org or https://flathub.org/apps/details/org.quetoo.Quetoo ) in wine and native flatpak results in no textures underwater in the edge map just fog until you get really close
