This is a follow-up to the issue #4691 (closed). When opening some programs like Code-OSS, Monero-Wallet-Gui and VMWare Player the artifacts are still present. This issue happens always I open one of those programs.
The issue first started with mesa 21.0.3-1, and was apparently patched with mesa 21.0.3-2. But i don't have that version at hand. Only mesa 21.0.2-1 and downgrading to this version this fixes the issue.
