GALLIUM_HUD transparent on multiplane output

Describe the issue

GALLIUM_HUD is mostly transparent and invisible, when mpv or kodi is rendering on two planes: drmprime hardware decoded video + opengles GUI overlay

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
