Request for VK_EXT_conservative_rasterization support on Anvil Intel driver for newest DXVK..
Hi, DXVK has recently gained support for D3D11.x conservative rasterization feature via this extension:

seems used in Nvidia shadowlib/Shadowworks included in some games: "Needed for Nvidia ShadowLibs in Final Fantasy XV."
from quick inspection seems this is supported on Intel Windows driver but not on Mesa.. so this requests..
EDIT: forgot to say it's supported on RADV so it's possible to use common code from there
