Intel Vulkan 28 vertex attrib/buffer limit
anv advertises maxVertexInputAttributes = maxVertexInputBindings = 28 (Nvidia advertises 32/32 and AMD 64/32).
IIRC the hardware does support 32 attributes but some are reserved by the anv driver. Can someone fill me in on the details?
We need 32, though with some work we can do manual vertex fetch from buffer objects (but would like to avoid that).
