Raven Ridge (2400G): garbled output with Dirt Rally (310560)

Describe the issue
Basically, when I launch the game I see some garbage/corruption in the game launcher after fullscreening it.
This game is native and uses OpenGL, setting AMD_DEBUG=nodcc
or nodisplaydcc
gets rid of the issue.
Regression
Not sure, it seems to be reproducible with 20.3.4 and current mesa git.
How to reproduce
Run the game and fullscreen the launcher (it happens with i3, fluxbox and to some extent with openbox (using the apitrace below)). You should then notice the corruption.
