RADV: robustBufferAccessUpdateAfterBind is not exposed
In vkd3d-proton we are forced to disable all robustness on RADV because this feature bit isn't supported. This also affects Fossilize since application infos do take robustness into account, and causes bloat.
It seems wrong to report false here, there shouldn't be any real difference between update-after-bind and non-update-after-bind on AMD?
