meson 0.56.1 from Debian buster-backports broke libdrm build for android_build image
Trying to make sure the image builds still work for !7988 (merged), the android_build image build failed: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/daenzer/mesa/-/jobs/6781322
Since it fails the same way just bumping the android_build image tag on top of a commit where it previously worked, this seems to be due to a change in Debian packages. The most notable change I've spotted is that buster-backports now has meson 0.56.1, whereas it previously had 0.52.1. (I'm not sure that's what caused this though)
