Describe the issue
After updating from mesa-20.1.10 to 20.2.2, my external monitor connected via HDMI doesn't seem to draw on most of the screen. Moving windows around seems to cause the affected area to flicker.
Regression
Yes, the update from mesa-20.1.10 to 20.2.2 broke external monitors for me. Downgrading back to 20.1.10 fixed the problem immediately.
