Quake3 does not work with zink+radv

Describe the issue
(io)Quake3 on zink + radv starts and the menu is usable. However depending on ACO or LLVM different issues can be seen. When using LLVM the load icons present some artifacts and the game immediately crashes with

With RADV_PERFTEST=aco
(I thought this is the default now?) the menu shows some black artifacts, the game runs for a second but freezes like this with a few artifacts:
