Describe the issue
The game when it's still and not moving around the cursor it hovers between 90-120fps, but when some animations start happening (for example lots of units moving around) or you center the screen in some animated foliage for example, the fps go really down to 17fps-20fps, this doesn't happen with the amdgpu pro driver from amd.com. It's not a graphically demanding game, this 5600xt should be able to cope with steady 60fps with ease. btw the game uses OpenGL with Unity game engine. (With the amdgpu pro driver from AMD.com I get steady 80fps on Ultra.)
Regression
I think that at some point like 1 month ago with the oibaf repo the bug was fixed but then it regressed again (but I'm not sure could be a placebo effect of some map I loaded that didn't have so much animations)
(sorry if I'm missing more information later on I will complete what is missing, just wanted to get this reported so maybe someone else can confirm the same behaviour)
