Describe the issue
Game was updated to version 3.11 today and introduced an issue with shadows becoming elongated and flicker when near certain light sources.

No, a game update introduced this.

Any extra information would be greatly appreciated
Issue does not occur with AMDGPUPRO drivers or Nvidia drivers
Cannot test with llvm as it causes a gpu hang
