[RADV/GFX8] Performance drop in DOOM Eternal when "Present from compute" is enabled

I'm seeing lower performance in DOOM Eternal when "Present from compute" is enabled (default setting). The CPU time increases from 8.8ms to 13.19ms. The performance gap disappears when the window gets redirected by the compositor, while taking a screenshot or opening the activities view.
