freedreno/a6xx: various pitch de-alignment
Seen odd alignments used in a few places:
- vsc draw/prim stream pitch
- PoT textures adding some padding in pitch
- I've seen mipmap textures use
MIN_LAYERSZ == 0x6000
, I think to disalign lower mipmap levels
I think this is related to spreading memory access more evenly across multiple memory channels, and/or UCHE banks.
It is something we should experiment with some more and see what the perfcntrs say.
