phoronix benchmark: performance regression in unigine-heaven-1.6.4
we run phoronix unigine-heaven-1.6.4 on clear linux, and found a regression between 19.3+1994.gdfaa3c0a and 19.3+2443.gb046f550:

how to reproduce this issue:
- install clear linux: https://docs.01.org/clearlinux/latest/get-started/bare-metal-install-server.html
- install phoronix bundle: sudo swupd bundle-add os-testsuite-phoronix
- run this benchmark: DISPLAY=:0 phoronix-test-suite run unigine-heaven-1.6.4, then select the corresponding item.
