System lock up/ring timeout with Godot 4.2.2 Spotlight3D
Brief summary of the problem:
Adding a Spotlight3D node (i haven't exhaustively tried all nodes, this is just the one I ran in to) in Godot 4.2.2 will immediately and reproducibly cause the desktop to become unresponsive for me. The cursor can still be moved and it is sometimes possible to go to a VT and kill the Godot process and things may return to normal, but sometimes the system just becomes completely unresponsive requiring resetting the PC. In journalctl it is possible to see ring timeout errors: [drm:amdgpu_job_timedout [amdgpu]] *ERROR* ring gfx timeout, but soft recovered

How to reproduce the issue:
Download/unzip Godot 4.2.2 (haven't tested with the .NET edition) from the godot engine website. Create a new empty project. Click the + at the top in the scene tab on the left. Search/select Spotlight3D and click Create. Desktop becomes unresponsive.
