Describe the issue
While executing 3DMark WLEU in ARCVM, it uses ASTC by default and shows lower scores vs. BC format textures that we could replace in the application. score with ASTC - 3180 score with BC - 3369 Overhead - 5.6%
Any extra information would be greatly appreciated
There is a TODO item in !25467 (comment 2123739), so we were hoping if that could close the gap when implemented.
