Describe the issue
Blue flickering rectangles on any game utilizing the GPU too much under OpenGL specifically, does not occur on Vulkan. Reports from other users as well as images on the attached reddit post, which i made myself a few months ago, expecting this issue to be resolved by itself, which it did not, so here i am!
Situation does not happen under windows, so it may be either a Mesa issue, or a amdgpu issue, however mesa logs indicate no failure, despite the graphical glitches. Kernel logs also say nothing of help.

Any extra information would be greatly appreciated
Observed this ever since i obtained the Rx 7600. Depends usually on amount of stress the gpu is under, but can happen under any circumstances. Tested to be happening on Albion Online (native), Minecraft with ray-tracing (native), Wolfenstein: The New Order (Wine)
