freedreno/ir3: 64b lowering issues
tests/spec/arb_tessellation_shader/execution/variable-indexing/vs-output-array-dvec4-index-wr-before-tcs.shader_test
crashes with unhandled nir_op_unpack_64_2x32_split_*
with gallium driver.. with zink it gets a bit more lucky and manages to constant-fold those away. But the attached modified shader which avoids the constant folding has problems with both.
