Add proper FreeBSD support
FreeBSD have a big history of putting a lot of patches in it's port directory. This is a clean version of all those patches rewritten by myself.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
