Replace Android makefiles with Android.bp for Soong

libdrm in AOSP has been using Soong as its build system for some time.

This is a collection of changes from AOSP that adds/modifies Android.bp and Android.sources.bp files used by Soong. All Android.mk files are also deleted by these changes.
