RFC: eglinfo: print OpenGL[ES] extensions

Marked as RFC since I'm not sure whether people would want this at all.

Furthermore, since this MR is a WIP and somewhat of a proof-of-concept, the git history consists of only one huge commit. I will split it into multiple commits if the MR gets further than this initial RFC.
