Rename runner terminology and change default branch to main

I would take these steps related to the MR:

  • merge the MR
  • push the main branch as a duplicate
  • make sure Intel ci is using the main branch
  • lock the old master branch (so the last commit will be the NOTE! commit in this MR)
  • set the default branch to main
  • edit the open MR's to target main
