Draft: Changes from MSD WMR datasets

This won't necessarily get merged, but it might have some interesting things to put into the main branch. In particular, it has a 300MB (1.5GB uncompressed) target.tar.xz file with all CSV trajectories of euroc, tumvi, and, msd datasets. Maybe adding it to the repo is not the best for keeping it small, but it could be useful to add a download script.
