      btree: remove MODULE_LICENSE in non-modules · 0c9bf64c
      Nick Alcock authored

Since commit 8b41fc44 ("kbuild: create modules.builtin without
      Makefile.modbuiltin or tristate.conf"), MODULE_LICENSE declarations
are used to identify modules. As a consequence, uses of the macro
in non-modules will cause modprobe to misidentify their containing
object file as a module when it is not (false positives), and modprobe
might succeed rather than failing with a suitable error message.

So remove it in the files in this commit, none of which can be built as
      modules.

treewide: Remove old email address · 90eec103

There were still a number of references to my old Red Hat email
address in the kernel source. Remove these while keeping the
      Red Hat copyright notices intact.

lib/btree.c: fix leak of whole btree nodes · c75b53af

I use btree from 3.14-rc2 in my own module. When the btree module is
      removed, a warning arises:

kmem_cache_destroy btree_node: Slab cache still has objects
       CPU: 13 PID: 9150 Comm: rmmod Tainted: GF O 3.14.0-rc2 #1

The cause is that it doesn't release the last btree node, when height = 1
      and fill = 1.
