gitlab: Allow checkpatch to fail without stopping the pipeline

Currently, the whole pipeline is stopped even if checkpatch only warns, this is not useful as it makes testing very cumbersome and because there might be false-positives. Highlighted by issue #25 (closed), fix provided by @pinchartl
