conncheck: print a supplementary pair flag in the debug dump

This commit is cosmetic, but having the value of the flag pair->use_candidate_on_next_check may be useful in debugging dumps, while in verbose mode. This is the flag used when restarting a pair check in regular nomination mode (the pair is back in-progress state in that case).
