quirks: Add quirk for the Legion Slim 7 Gen 8 keyboard

This adds the internal quirk for the keyboard of the Lenovo Legion Slim 7 Gen 8 (2023) so that "Disable touchpad while typing" works on it. I have the RGB backlight variant of this keyboard, so I cannot assert whether this would work with the white backlight variant.

The existing entry is likely for the Gen 6 edition from 2021, maybe we want to indicate it in the header?
