quirk: Lenovo P14s Gen 1 AMD Trackpoint

The trackpoint speed is too fast for comfortable using. I added a quirk to set AttrTrackpointMultiplier=0.4.

I suspect that we should apply the same quirk for T14, but I don't have the hardware to confirm.
