quirks: add quirks for Glorious Model O mouse

I have made a quirks file for the Glorious Model O/O- so double clicking does not debounce. I have tested it using my Glorious Model O- on Fedora 37. It would be great to have to upstreamed, so the Glorious Model O/O- can be used in games where high clicks per second is needed without hassle.
