Remove interference with the current session when running the test suite

Peter Hutterer requested to merge whot/libinput:wip/minimise-debug-gui-in-tests into master

Two main components here:

  • the debug-gui option parsing test starts minimised when running in the test suite
  • the test suite now EVIOCGRABs the switch devices before sending events, causing those events to only be visible to the libinput context.
