Improve HP Chromebook 14 pressure ranges

Hi Peter,

As a follow up of #51 (closed), I tested the latest master branch that include the hp-chromebook-14-pressure-range branch that I didn't had the time to test and I think it works as the output of this command implies :

$ sudo ./builddir/libinput quirks list /dev/input/event15
ModelChromebook=1
AttrPressureRange=13:10

After more tests I think that a pressure range of 12:8 is better, so here it is. Thank you.
