Show tablet and tablet pad buttons in the debug gui

This is to increase @bentiss' happiness when totem-testing :)

Turns out that we had an "other" button for non LMR events already, but it wasn't hooked up to tablet events. Do this for both tools and pads and while we're there hook up rings and strips too. And start explaining things in the man page in case anyone ever accidentally reads that one.
