Mouse cursor doesn't move if mouse is connected to external display
Summary
Steps to reproduce
My setup: Thinkpad laptop x390, connected to thinkvision display using type-c. Mouse and keyboard are connected to display's usb ports.
- Log off (or power off)
- Log in with GDM
- Wait for gnome to start: Mouse cursor doesn't move.
Once you click any button on a mouse - the cursor moves for some random amount of time (10-30 secs) and then freezes again.
Workaround: after logging in disconnect and connect display.
